I'm Diarmaid Crumlish. ProductSavvy is my studio of one: a non-technical founder who designs, builds and ships AI-native products to real users. One person and AI, moving like a team.
Point of view
The bottleneck in 2026 isn't technical skill — it's people who actually finish. Models can write the code. Far fewer people can take a real problem, make a hundred small product decisions, and put working software in front of users who weren't asking to be impressed. That's my work: not commentary on AI, but products built with it — in the open, with the receipts to show for it.
Flagship
A caregiving coordination platform for families managing the care of an ageing or unwell relative. It turns a hospital discharge letter into a plan the whole family can follow — medications, appointments, tasks and notes in one shared, private place. Built end to end, solo: product, design, code, growth. Live in free private beta.
Also shipped
Two more live properties, each built and run solo, each with a different job to do.
